Are you passionate about all children having the opportunity to learn to love to read? Do you live in or very near the London borough of Wandsworth? We are looking to recruit two new members for our Board of Trustees. Would you like to help guide and direct our strategy and encourage and support our brilliant staff team? Could you use your skills and experience to help our small local charity flourish?

We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in any of the following areas: fundraising and income generation, as a volunteer or in a paid role; primary teaching, especially literacy or SEN; coping with literacy challenges, either personally or as a parent; and a strong Wandsworth network, professional or personal. We are very open to applicants who have not been a trustee before, as well as those who have previous board experience.

Find out more by reading the role description above.

Please apply by 11th November using the online form below. Or drop an email to Teresa Harris, our founder and a trustee, on [email protected], if you would like further information before making an application. Interviews will be held on 28th and 29th November. Please note this is an unpaid voluntary role.
